Patcha Safaris offers you the very best in personal service, quality, reliability, security and professionalism. We pride ourselves in understanding the diverse cultures, the people and their customs, offering you a unique experience in touring that will satisfy your every need and desire. 

Patcha Safaris is a registered tour operator with the necessary permits and insurance to carry International Tourists within Southern Africa.

Patcha Safaris will not be held responsible for any incidence or loss due to circumstances out of our control

Patcha Safaris take pride in punctuality and to be at the arranged pick-up point well ahead of the scheduled time. In order to ensure punctuality please forward a detailed schedule including arrival and departure times 4 days before service is to take place. Please inform Patcha Safaris of any flight delays or change in scheduled flight times.

All rates for transport are used as an indicator. These rates will vary according to availability, fluctuating fuel prices, type of service required and type of vehicle used.

Acceptance of a quotation will serve as a confirmation of the booking and the full amount of the quotation is payable 24 hrs prior to services rendered.

Patcha Safaris reserves the right to apply a surcharge in the following events:

1.      Services required on Public holidays

2.      Additional stops on route

3.      Services required out of standard business hours (18h00 – 05h00)

4.      Additional routes taken outside of the original agreement between Patcha Safaris and the client

5.      Cancellation after the driver has been dispatched for the journey

6.      Where the driver has to wait beyond the scheduled time of collection

7.      No show

8.      Making use of a trailer (depending on trailer size)

VEHICLE HIRE

Full payment must be made 24 hrs prior to hiring a vehicle from Patcha Safaris

A valid Public Driver’s Permit must be submitted to Patcha Safaris prior to hiring a vehicle

The client will be held responsible for any damaged items and lost items to a registered Patcha Safaris vehicle

The driver will be held responsible for all traffic fines

In the event of an accident the client will be held fully responsible for repairs

The vehicle will be given to the client clean and with a full tank and must be returned in the same way as received.

The hired vehicle must be picked up and dropped off at the Patcha Safaris office. If the client is unable to pick up or drop off the vehicle, a surcharge will be charged.

Patcha Safaris reserves the right to apply a surcharge if the client does not comply with the agreement made between the client and Patcha Safaris

ACCOUNT CLIENTS

Accounts will be sent out on the 23rd day of each month and is payable within 15 days of receipt.

Patcha Safaris reserves the right to apply interest per day for accounts that are outstanding for longer than 30 days.

GENERAL

Smoking and the use of alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the vehicle.
